Drawing on my 25 years of experience in People and Culture, and my MSc in Positive Psychology, I design and deliver bespoke workshops that combine research with practical insight into how people grow, connect, and thrive at work.

Workshops

  • An energising session to help individuals and teams identify their core strengths and explore how using them more consciously can boost engagement, confidence, and performance. As a Strengthscope® Master Practitioner, I use the only strengths profiling tool accredited by the British Psychological Society to bring these insights to life in a practical, meaningful way.

  • Exploring what psychological safety looks like in practice and how to build the trust, openness, and communication that allow teams to thrive.

  • An introduction to key principles of positive psychology including mindset, gratitude, and meaning and how they can be applied to create a more fulfilling and resilient work life.

  • Supporting individuals and teams to recognise stress triggers, manage energy more effectively, and build sustainable personal resilience.

  • Helping people connect with their personal values and sense of meaning, and exploring how aligning with what matters most can increase motivation, authenticity, and direction.

  • A reflective and practical session on building confidence, self-trust, and inner clarity whether leading others or simply leading yourself.

  • Enhancing team connection and collaboration through emotional intelligence, active listening, and shared understanding.

  • Supporting individuals and teams in navigating uncertainty and transitions with more resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset.

  • A practical, reflective session that draws on positive psychology to help individuals set meaningful, motivating goals aligned with their values, strengths, and sense of purpose.

  • A reflective and practical workshop exploring what it means to lead with compassion, without losing clarity, boundaries, or impact. Participants will explore the science behind compassionate leadership, its link to psychological safety and performance, and develop the skills to lead with empathy, emotional awareness, and courage, especially in times of challenge or change.

It’s easy for teams to get stuck in the doing—without stepping back to focus on how they’re working together. I create space for teams to pause, reconnect, and have the conversations that often get lost in the day-to-day.

Each session is tailored to the team’s needs and may include strengths-based work, values exploration, psychological safety, or support with a specific challenge. Whether it’s a one-off reset or a series of deeper sessions, I provide a safe, supportive environment where teams can reflect, realign, and move forward with greater clarity and connection.
