How we work together
I provide transformative coaching for individuals navigating the complex realities of midlife. Unlike performance coaching, which focuses on what you do, my approach centres on who you are, exploring how your identity, beliefs, and values shape your actions and experiences.
Midlife often brings unique challenges: balancing young families with ageing parents, feeling stuck between past identity and current responsibilities, or struggling with self-limiting beliefs that undermine confidence. Through coaching, we explore where you are now, where you want to be, and what may be holding you back.
Rooted in the principles of Positive Psychology, this process encourages fresh perspectives, helps shift limiting beliefs, and reconnects you with authentic purpose. Together, we create meaningful, lasting change moving beyond uncertainty to lead yourself and others with renewed clarity and confidence.
The focus remains entirely on you: your goals, your growth, and your unique experience, supported by a process designed to feel both authentic and sustainable.

my Coaching Packages
Choose a coaching journey of six or twelve sessions, tailored to your goals and circumstances. Sessions are delivered remotely wherever you are, with the option of in-person coaching for clients in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
Each program includes:
Discovery Call & Planning Session – to clarify goals and focus
Preparation Questionnaire – to support reflection and intention-setting
Six or Twelve 1:1 Coaching Sessions – tailored to your needs
Final Reflections Session – to consolidate insights and plan next steps
For those drawn to nature, I also offer outdoor coaching combining movement and natural surroundings to deepen reflection and clarity. You can choose to include one outdoor session or take your full coaching journey in nature.
