Whether you’re returning from parental leave or long-term absence, this program offers a safe, structured space for reflection, confidence-building, and reintegration through personalised coaching sessions. If appropriate, we also work in partnership with line managers and HR to ensure a smooth, inclusive, and supportive return-to-work experience that benefits both the individual and the wider organisation.
